refund & return policy

Lash Lure is a small business, and we deeply value and appreciate each of our customers. 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been used or opened. This policy ensures the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Damaged, faulty, or inaccurate items must be reported within 10 days upon delivery to receive refund or exchange.

All eligible returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and the products must remain in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Please note that returns due to dissatisfaction from personal preference cannot be accepted. If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, we highly recommend using it for short periods each day for at least a week before making a decision.

To discuss eligible returns, please contact our team using the contact form, and we will do our best to assist you. While we strive to resolve any issues, we do not provide return shipping labels. We suggest using an insured and tracked shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. Shipping fees are also at the customer's expense.

Upon receipt of your eligible return, a refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

As with any new product, minor irritations can occasionally occur. We recommend conducting a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
